I have a 160 stat, and that exact 21x19 Griffin. The other thing is that I have a good 4-5 inches behind that crossmember Jeep has. I think XJ owners know what I am referring to. I am going to put the radiator in front I think and build a new bumper for it to protect. Also am doing a shackle reversal anyway. Here are a few pics.

Web2 mar 2005 · On the radiator part, I don't suppose there are any better versions of the 2.8 V6 radiator (I am assuming you are trying to get this 4.3 swap into your 86 XJ) I'd say try using a 4.0 3 row radiator, but I am pretty sure that the whole front clip is designed differently on your 2.8.
