WebApr 6, 2024 · ECS Trans. 2015 volume 66, issue 6, 19-25 15 maggio 2015. This work is an attempt to rate the quality of Mo/Cu (In,Ga)Se2 films intended for fabrication of photovoltaic devices. The procedure is based on the simple current-voltage electrochemical analysis of the bilayer in a Eu2+/3+-containing electrolyte solution. WebSimilarly, reducing the density of {111}c planar defects using MASCN-vapour-20 treatment of FAPbI3 (x~1), also improved performance. These observations suggest that intragrain defect control can provide an important route for improving PSCs’ performance, in addition to well-established parameters, such as grain boundaries and interfaces.

WebDegradation of high power laser diodes is related to defect formation in the active parts of the laser. Extended defects can develop both at the facets, and inside the cavity. Their characterization is necessary for understanding the mechanisms driving the degradation. Cathodoluminescence is very useful for studying defects in degraded lasers.
