WebMar 18, 2024 · The 2024 rodeo will feature bull riding, team roping, breakaway roping, calf roping, ranch style bronc riding, barrel racing and a performance by a professional equestrian trick rider. Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. each night. Gates open at 6 p.m.. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students to age 17, with 5 and under free! WebThis team was organized in the 1950's as a mounted Boy Scout group to perform in local rodeos and parades. They soon allowed girls on the team and became the Greenwell Springs Youth Riders. This non-profit group has promoted horsemanship, teamwork and sense of value to hundreds of kids in the Baton Rouge area.
