If I tune the performance using MSI Afterburner, then my score is like yours as it gives a 135Mhz OC and +200 to VRAM. Now during the performance tuning, when it hit 400-watts, the clock speed was at 2075Mhz. WebFound a solution, not sure if this will work for everyone but if you press Alt+R while in a game and remove the N/A counter, then close the game and reopen it without the counter not showing and press Alt+R again it should work.
