Feb 7, 2024 · WebThe blue one is in the alpine borderlands jumping puzzle (top left again) and needs a Gift of Battle, which if you're like me in WvW you have a stockpile of. You do not need a catmander tag to get them! Just give them the food. They also sell Minis of themselves AND the actual catmander tag.
